Directions

  1. Knead the mince with the egg and breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper. Turn the minced meat balls to the number of people and press flat.
  2. Preheat the grill pan and roast the burgers in brown and cooked for 8-9 minutes per side. In the meantime, cut the cucumber into thin slices.
