Halve the melon and scoop out the seeds. Cut a slice of melon per glass for the garnish. Peel the melon and cut the flesh into pieces.

Pour in the Aquarius. Puree with the blender or a hand blender. Put the melon puree in a freezer and put in the freezer for at least 5 hours.

Spoon every hour with a fork to create granular ice.

Divide the grainy melon over the glasses and pour in the rest of the Aquarius. Garnish with the slices of melon.
