Mexican tostada's with fried fish and avocado

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Place the wraps on 2 baking sheets lined with baking paper and brush with the oil. Fry in approx. 8 min.
  3. Meanwhile, wash the tomatoes and cucumber and cut into 1 cm cubes. Mix the blocks with the salsa.
  4. Cut the avocados half way through. Remove the kernel and scoop out the flesh with a spoon from the peel.
