Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a stir-frying pan and reduce the bacon strips in 5 min. On medium heat until golden brown.

Cut the stalk of the red pepper. Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife. Slice the garlic.
