Naan with salmon in soy sauce and soy sauce spread
Side dish of naan with a homemade bean spread, salmon in soy sauce and green asparagus.

Cut the salmon into cubes of 1 cm. Spoon with the soy sauce and put the salmon covered in the refrigerator until use.

In the meantime, prepare the plats according to the instructions on the packaging.

Spoon the asparagus tips with the sesame oil and season with pepper.

Heat a grill pan without oil or butter and grill the asparagus tips in approx. 4 min. Until al dente.

Meanwhile, put the soy beans together with the yogurt in a high cup and puree with the hand blender to a spread.

Season with pepper and salt.

Prepare the plats with the soya bean spread. Divide the asparagus tips and marinated salmon cubes over the asparagus. Garnish with the sesame seed.
