Noodles with scrambled eggs and coriander
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: sunflower oil, pointed cabbage (in narrow strips), eggs (beaten), curry powder, ramen noodles (400 g), cherry tomatoes ((250 g), halved), sweet soy sauce, coriander ((15 g) and finely chopped).

Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the cabbage for 5 minutes. Add the eggs and curry powder and fry for another 1 minute. Add the noodles, tomatoes, ketjapmarinadeen half of the coriander and warm well.

Divide the noodles over 4 deep plates and sprinkle the rest of the coriander over it.
