A tasty recipe. The gluten-free side dish contains the following ingredients: medium-sized egg, horseradish in pot and nori snack.

Directions

  1. Let the egg and lime juice reach room temperature. Split the egg. The protein is not used.
  2. Put the egg yolk in the bowl with the horseradish, salt and pepper and mix with the whisk.
  3. Pour the peanut oil into the whisk with the whisk in a hurry. Only add a next drop of oil if the previous one is included.
  4. If you have a thick, creamy mixture, beat the lime juice until it is completely absorbed. The mixture becomes thinner and lighter.
  5. Pour the peanut oil and sesame oil through the mixture drop by drop. Knock continuously with the whisk. Add 1 tbsp water if it is too thick.
  6. Crumble the nori above and stir through the mayonnaise. Season with pepper.
