Orange Salad
A tasty Spanish recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: hand oranges, red onion, white almonds, olive oil (extra virgin), red wine vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper, avocado, black olives without seeds and mint.

Peel oranges thickly to flesh and cut with a sharp knife pieces between the vlies.

Remove pips.

Peel onion and cut into wafer thin half rings.

Chop the almonds finely.

In a cup of oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper, beat until dressing.

Peel avocado, halve, remove pit and cut flesh into slices.

Slices of orange, avocado and olives in large quantities.

Create dressing.

Sprinkle onion rings and almonds over it.

Garnish with leaves of mint..
