Ostrich saté with coconut sauce
A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: poultry, ostrich steaks, sambal bath jak, Japanese soy sauce, stir-fry oil, garlic (pressed), red pepper (finely chopped), coconut milk and peanuts (finely chopped).
Cut each steak into 12 pieces and string 3 pieces of cocktail sticks each time. Mix in sambal with soy sauce and 1 tbsp stir frying oil. Spread skewers with this and lay them to scale. Heat oil residues in the saucepan and fry garlic and red pepper. Stir in the remaining marinade, coconut milk and peanuts and simmer for about 5 minutes. Do it in bowl.
Fry stir-fry oil in a pan and two skewers in 3-5 min. Around brown bowls. Make a coconut sauce over it and heat it for another 2 minutes.
