Pancakes with cream
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian breakfast contains the following ingredients: self-raising baking flour (sifted), sunflower oil (for baking), milk, egg, vanilla sugar, whipped cream (125 ml) and fresh fruit (eg blueberries).

Beat a smooth batter of the flour, 1 tbsp oil, the milk, the egg and the vanilla sugar.

Use a brush to grease a non-stick pan with oil.

For 1 pancake, scoop 3 tbsp into the pan and cook over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.

Beat the whipped cream.

Serve the warm pancakes with the whipped cream and fresh fruit.
