Pancakes with cream


A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian breakfast contains the following ingredients: self-raising baking flour (sifted), sunflower oil (for baking), milk, egg, vanilla sugar, whipped cream (125 ml) and fresh fruit (eg blueberries).

Directions

  1. Beat a smooth batter of the flour, 1 tbsp oil, the milk, the egg and the vanilla sugar.
  2. Use a brush to grease a non-stick pan with oil.
  3. For 1 pancake, scoop 3 tbsp into the pan and cook over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
  4. Beat the whipped cream.
  5. Serve the warm pancakes with the whipped cream and fresh fruit.
  6. Tasty with some honey..
