Pasta with sundried tomato
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, spaghetti, purslane, sundried tomatoes in oil (a 280 g), Schwarzwalder schinken (about 100 g), onion, garlic, olive oil and ground spicy cheese.

Cook spaghetti according to instructions.

Purslane washing and stealing coarse chopping.

Dry the tomatoes and cut into strips.

Dry frying pan with non-stick coating.

Ham in 2 portions in approx.

5 minutes until crispy.

Peel and chop onion and garlic.

Heat in wok oil.

Bake the onion and garlic for about 2 minutes.

Add purslane and bake 2 minutes.
-
Drain spaghetti and add 3 tablespoons of oil (from a jar of tomatoes), tomato strips and purslane.

Heat the door through and through.

Season with salt and pepper.

Ham crumble above it.

Spaghetti with cheese.
