200 milliliters coconut milk

250 milliliters Smirnoff Ice
16 ice Cube

Directions

Halve the pineapple cubes. Stick 2 pieces of pineapple and 2 mint leaves to the skewers.
Puree the remaining pineapple with coconut milk and 100 ml of ice cold water until smooth.
Pour the Smirnoff Ice into the glasses and place 3-4 ice cubes in each glass. Fill with the pineapple mixture. Put 2 straws in the glass and place the pineapple skewers on it.
