Pineapple salad with cucumber


A tasty asian recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: cucumber, pineapple, fresh coconut pieces (100 g), whole yogurt, chilli (from mill), basil ((15 g) and only the leaves).

Directions

  1. Saute slices of the cucumber lengthwise with a cheese slicer and place on a dish. Peel the pineapple, cut it in half lengthwise, remove the hard core and slice the flesh into slices. Divide the pineapple and coconut pieces over the cucumber.
  2. Mix the yogurt with the chili pepper. Slice half of the basil and add. Sprinkle over the salad.
  3. Tear the rest of the basil leaves into pieces and spread over the salad. Tasty with grilled chicken and fried rice.
