Pink-red rice salad
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: beet juice (750 ml), brown rice, cooked beet ((500 g), peeled), extra virgin olive oil, ketchup, gherkins (sliced), cherry tomatoes (250 g), halved), forest onion ((3 pieces) and in rings).

Pour the beet juice into the pan and add the rice and salt to taste. Put the lid on the pan and bring to the boil. Cook for 10 minutes on low heat. Drain and leave for another 5 minutes with the lid on the pan. Spoon the rice in a low bowl and let cool for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut the beetroot into segments. Add to the rice together with the oil and ketchup and scoop. Add the pickle, tomato and spring onion. Season with salt and pepper. Tasty with bratwurst.
