Pork fillet with sprouts


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, crumbled potatoes (diced), chili powder, oil, pork fillets, garlic (in slices), Brussels sprouts ((a 500 g), cleaned and halved), apple (diced) and fresh thyme ( leaves).

Directions

  1. Potatoes boil in 100 ml water with salt in 15 min.
  2. Grill the grill pan (or oven grill).
  3. Mix chilli powder with 1 tbsp of oil and cover meat.
  4. Pork fillets in brown and cooked to tender for 4-5 min.
  5. Per side.
  6. Heat in wok rest of oil and slices of garlic 1 min.
  7. Rub garlic on plate.
  8. In a shortening of half sprouts, stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  9. Stir in apple and thyme and stir-fry for another 3 minutes.
  10. Add water and salt and pepper to taste.
  11. Sprouts with lid on wok for 2-3 min.
  12. continue cooking.
  13. Mash potatoes with cooking water.
  14. Rub garlic through.
  15. Season the puree with salt and pepper and create on two plates.
  16. Fry pork fillets and sprouts next to them..
