Pork fillet with sprouts
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, crumbled potatoes (diced), chili powder, oil, pork fillets, garlic (in slices), Brussels sprouts ((a 500 g), cleaned and halved), apple (diced) and fresh thyme ( leaves).

Potatoes boil in 100 ml water with salt in 15 min.

Grill the grill pan (or oven grill).

Mix chilli powder with 1 tbsp of oil and cover meat.

Pork fillets in brown and cooked to tender for 4-5 min.

Per side.

Heat in wok rest of oil and slices of garlic 1 min.

Rub garlic on plate.

In a shortening of half sprouts, stir-fry for 3 minutes.

Stir in apple and thyme and stir-fry for another 3 minutes.

Add water and salt and pepper to taste.

Sprouts with lid on wok for 2-3 min.

continue cooking.

Mash potatoes with cooking water.

Rub garlic through.

Season the puree with salt and pepper and create on two plates.

Fry pork fillets and sprouts next to them..
