Pork strips in a spicy sauce

Directions

  1. Peel and grate the ginger.
  2. Heat the oil in a stirring fruit in the ginger 1 min. Add the pork strips and stir fry 3 minutes on high heat.
  3. Add the Japanese wok vegetable, cayenne herb sauce and the water and stir fry for 5 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging. Slice the coriander. Chop the cashew nuts coarsely.
  5. Serve the spicy pork strips with the noodles and sprinkle with the coriander and cashew nuts.
