Season the milk with nutmeg, salt and pepper and bring to the boil.

Add the potato slices and cook for 12-14 minutes until al dente. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Drain the potatoes. Place 1/4 of the potato slices in the baking dish with a layer of almonds and cheese. Pour some cream over it.
