Preheat oven to 200 ºC. Beat in bowl marinade of honey, oil, pepper and salt. Roll in beets and pack each piece in aluminum foil. Allow beetroot to warm in 10-15 minutes.

Open packages 5 minutes before end of baking time and spread cream cheese over beetroot. Place unfolded packages for another 5 minutes in the oven.
