Ingredients
Directions
-
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Wash the potatoes and prick them around a few times. Fold them loosely in aluminum foil and put them in an oven dish. Let them cook in about 50 minutes.
-
Meanwhile, make the sauce: heat the oil and let the garlic cloves gently simmer for about 20 minutes on low setting.
-
Unpack the potatoes and cut open the tops. Empty a portion of the potato and put it in a bowl. Prepare the garlic in the oil and mix it with the potato crumbs, the spring onions and crème fraiche. Season with salt and pepper and fill the potatoes with this mixture again.
-
Sprinkle them with grated cheese and let them brown under the grill in a few minutes.
