Cut the garlic into slices and divide the cauliflower into small florets.

Let the cream with the garlic and the bay leaf gently reduce to two thirds for 6 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the cauliflower florets in water with salt for 5 minutes.

Remove the bay leaf from the pan and puree the cauliflower with the whipped cream and the garlic. Season with salt and pepper.

Bring a pot of water with a little salt to the boil. Cook the snow peas for 2 minutes and let them drain.

Remove the stalk of the haricots verts, let the tip sit, and boil them in the same water for 4 min. Drain them.

Finally, cook the garden peas 1 min.

Brush the salmon with the oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fry in a dry frying pan in 6 min. Just done, turn halfway.

Heat the cauliflower puree in a pan.

Heat the beans in the butter and season with salt and pepper.

Divide the vegetables over the plates, lay the salmon and serve the cauliflower puree.
