Salted irish cream and coffee-cocktail
Cocktail of very strong, cold brewed coffee, Baileys Irish cream and sea salt.

Pour the cold brew coffee in an ice-cream mold and put in the freezer for 2 hours until it is frozen.

Bring the Irish cream to the boil and switch off the heat immediately. Heat the cocktail glasses with hot water.

Divide 4 coffee ice cubes over the glasses each time and pour the Irish cream over it.

Sprinkle with the sea salt just before serving. The coffee ice cubes will slowly melt and give off more and more flavor.
