Sausages in tomato sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, Catalan bratwurst (290 g), tomato sauce (tomato frito (330 ml)), zucchini (in strips), chickpeas ((a 310 g), drained), cucumber (diced) , parsley ((20 g), only the leaves) and vinegar.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the sausages in 3 min. Brown. Add the tomato frito and cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
Meanwhile, bake the zucchini in another frying pan in 2 tbsp oil for 2 minutes on a high heat. Remove from the pan and allow to cool in a bowl. Add the chickpeas, cucumber and parsley to the zucchini. Drizzle with the rest of the oil and vinegar. Season the chickpea salad with pepper and salt.
Cut the sausages in half and spread with 4 tomatoes on the tomato sauce. Serve with the salad.
