Sea schnitzels with pickles salsa
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, olive oil, potato slices, winter carrots, pickles sweet-sour (pot a 680 g), onion, fresh parsley (30 g), sea schnitzels (frozen and 400 g).

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in pan and fry the potato slices until tender and golden brown for about 10 minutes.

Roast the carrots and cut into slices.

Roast the carrot in 10 minutes.

Gherkin cut very finely.

Peel onion and finely chop.

Chop minced parsley.

Combine onion, pickle and parsley with 2 tbsp oil and 2 tbsp pickles.

Salsa with salt and pepper to taste.

Heat residual oil in frying pan and fry the sea schnitzel in 7 minutes until tender and golden brown.

Serve fish with potatoes, carrots and pickles salsa..
