Seccatarolls with arugula
A tasty Italian recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: meat, pine nuts, arugula (lettuce, 30 g), seccata (meat products (approx. 50 g)), olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Dried pine nuts in dry frying pan for about 3 minutes until golden brown.

Meanwhile, cut rocket in pieces of about 5 cm.

Spread out the seccataplays next to each other on a worktop.

Place rocket on 1 half of seccata.

Stir in oil and vinegar.

Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Sprinkle dressing over arugula.

Distribute pine nuts over arugula and roll up seccata.

Fasten rolls with cocktail sticks..
