Let the puff pastry thaw.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Place the puff pastry on a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Press the overlapping seams well.

Chop the onion and heat the oil in a wok. Fry the onion 1 min. Add the shawarma and cook for 3 min.

Add the coals and stir fry 4-5 min. Season with salt and pepper.

Divide the shawarma mixture over the dough base. Fry the cake in approx. 30 minutes until golden brown and done, cover halfway with aluminum foil.

Meanwhile stir the garlic sauce smooth with the water.
