Smoked salmon bonbon


Bonbon of chives, apple, raw vegetables, radish, yogurt, mayonnaise and smoked salmon.

Directions

  1. Cut the chives finely and keep ¼ behind. Grate the apple with zest.
  2. Mix the chives, apple, raw vegetables, yogurt and mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Put a piece of cling film in each cup. Divide the salmon slices over the cups. Make sure the bottom and sides are well covered.
  4. Divide the raw food on it. Fold the edges over the filling so that the filling is covered. Fold the foil over it and turn tight like a toffee.
  5. Keep the salmon coupon in the cling film until serving in the refrigerator.
  6. Spread the arugula over the plates and drizzle with the oil. Put the salmon bonbons on top and garnish with the rest of the chives.
