Directions

  1. Combine minced beef, onion, garlic, oregano, potato chips, salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the minced meat into 4 equal portions and form into hamburgers.
  3. Cover the hamburgers on both sides with oil.
  4. Grill the grill pan (or frying pan with non-stick coating) and cook the burgers over a high heat for 6-8 minutes until cooked and brown, turning halfway..
