Spicy lentil soup with vegetarian sausage
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: (sunflower) oil, Thai stir-fry mix (400 g), lentils (a 400 g), vegetable stock tablets, cayenne pepper, vegetarian smoked sausage (200 g, Tivall), ground young cheese (150 g), tortilla chips ( nacho cheese and 150 g).

Heat oil in soup pan.

Add the stir-fry mix and bake for 2 minutes.

Preheat the grill.

Drain the lentils.

Add the lentils, bouillon tablets, cayenne pepper and 600 ml of water to the pan and bring to the boil.

Smoke sausage sliced and co-heated in soup for 3 minutes.

Spread out tortilla chips in oven dish and sprinkle with cheese.

Place dish under grill and let cheese melt in 2 min.

Soup soup in plates or bowls and sprinkle with cheese.
