Spicy spinach soup


A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: poultry, oil, fresh ginger (finely chopped), garlic (finely chopped), coconut milk, chicken stock, spinach (fresh), soy sauce and red pepper (in thin long strips).

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a soup pan and fry the ginger for 1 minute, scoop the garlic and fry for another 1-2 minutes on low heat.
  2. Pour the coconut milk and 750 ml of water, crumble the bouillon tablet above and bring it to the boil with the lid on the pan.
  3. Spoon the spinach through the soup (keep a handful behind) and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Cut the reserved spinach leaves into thin strips.
  5. Puree the soup with the hand blender or in the food processor, then season with the soy sauce.
  6. Garnish the soup with the spinach dips and red pepper..
