Spicy tomato soup with ginger-pepper cream
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: oil, onion (chopped), garlic (finely chopped), chilli powder, tomato puree, tomatoes (ground and in pieces), herb broth, whipped cream, ginger powder, freshly ground black pepper and parsley (finely chopped).

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 onion shredded
- 1 clove garlic finely chopped
- 3 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 500 g tomatoes fired and in pieces
- 750 ml herbal broth
- 125 ml whipped cream
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons parsley finely chopped

Directions

Heat oil in soup pan and onion and garlic gently fry in 3 min.

Chilli powder and tomato puree for 3-4 min.

Add tomato pieces and stock, bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes.

In bowl, beat whipped cream with ginger powder, pepper and 1/2 tsp salt.

Mix the tomato mixture to smooth soup with a hand blender.

Spread tomato soup over four deep plates.

Pour ginger cream in the middle of soup over the convex side of the spoon.

Pour some pepper on top and sprinkle with parsley over it..
