Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces Boil the potatoes until done in 20 min. Soak the tomatoes in hot water for 5 minutes, then cut into thin strips. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the sausages over medium heat for 15 minutes.

After 5 minutes add the tomato strips and fry. Heat the spinach according to the instructions. Drain the potatoes. Stamp the potatoes with (warm) milk, the rest of the oil and the vinegar to a coarse puree.

Spoon the spinach, tomato strips with the shortening of the sausages through the puree. Season the stew with pepper and salt. Divide with the sausages over the plates.
