Clean the sprouts. Put into a frying pan with a layer of water of 1 cm and let the lid cook on the pan for 8 minutes on medium heat.

Drain and rinse under cold running water.

In the meantime, heat a skillet without oil or butter and toast the sesame seeds over medium heat.

Beat a dressing of the ketjapmarinademanis, sambal oelek and half of the sesame seed.

Mix the sprouts with the dressing and garnish with the rest of the sesame seed.
