Sticky ginger chicken wings with fresh coleslaw
- 1 kilogram chicken wing
- 1 kilogram chicken leg
- 0.5 white coal
- 2 root
- 4 spring / forest onion
- 200 milliliters yogurt
- 100 milliliters mayonnaise
Mix the ingredients for the marinade and marinate the chicken wings for about 15 minutes. Preheat the oven to 190ºC.
Place the chicken wings on the baking tray and grill for 30-40 minutes in the oven. Turn over in between.
Meanwhile, make the salad and mix the cabbage with the carrot, spring onion, yogurt, mayonnaise and parsley. Serve the chicken wings hot with the coleslaw.
