Stir-fried watermelon radish with ginger and honey
Salad of watermelon, radish, spinach, ginger and feta
Clean the watermelon radish and cut into thin parts. Cut the garlic into thin slices.
Heat the oil in a stirring fruit the garlic 30 sec. Add the radijspartjes, pepper and possibly salt, bake 5 minutes on medium heat. Change regularly.
Meanwhile, mix the ginger, soy sauce, honey and lemon juice and stir in the radish.
Add half of the spinach and let shrinking all the time. Divide the rest of the spinach over a flat dish.
Spread the radish spinach mixture over the spinach on the dish, crumble the feta and serve.
