Strawberry jelly with marinated kiwi
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: strawberries, white Amé (à 750 ml), jelly pudding strawberry, fresh mint (à 15 g), lime, cactus-lemon syrup and kiwis.

Clean strawberries, halve them, pat dry with kitchen paper and divide into pudding. Bring to the boil in the Amé pan. Take the pan of fire, stir the contents of a pack of jelly pudding through Amé until powder is dissolved. About giving strawberries. Allow to cool and allow to set in jelly jars for about 2 hours.

Pour the leaves of fresh mint from twigs and cut them into strips. Lime clean poles and peel off grating. Squeeze half lime. In bowl of mint, lime zest, juice and cactus-lemon syrup stir into dressing. Kiwi peel, cut into small cubes and scoop through dressing. Lay flat dish on shape.
