Sweet-potato cookies with fresh rosemary
Recipe for gourmet: cookies of sweet potato puree with rosemary, cheese and panko that you bake in a gourmet pan.
Slice the rosemary. Grate the cheese.
Mix the puree with the chopped rosemary, grated cheese, the egg and the panko.
Make 20 biscuits out of them and let them stiffen in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
Bake the cookies with some oil in a gourmet pan golden brown and crispy.
