Tortilla wrap with herring
Wrap with Mexican stir-fry mix, herring, cherry tomatoes, spring onions and young cheese

Halve the cherry tomatoes.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the vegetables in 4 minutes. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for another 4 minutes.

Heat the wraps according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the spring onion into slanting pieces.

Spoon the herring with the tomato sauce and ⅔ of the spring onions through the vegetables.

Scoop the vegetables with the herring on the wraps. Sprinkle with the cheese and pepper. Roll up and place on the plates.

Sprinkle over the rest of the spring onion.
