Vegetable curry with yogurt
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: potatoes (cook solid (benefit package, 800 g)), oil, onion (in half parts), curry powder (jar 35 g), vegetable mix (400 g), zucchini (in thick half slices), tomato cubes (400 g) and Greek yogurt (cup a 500 g).

Cut large pieces of potato in half. Heat the oil in the wok fruit and the onion golden brown. Stir the curry powder through the onion and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add the vegetable mix and zucchini and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Add 300 ml water and the tomato cubes and bring the curry to the boil while stirring. Put the potatoes through and fry the dish covered on low heat for 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Spoon the yogurt through the dish and warm it gently, without letting it boil.
