Warm pastrami-sauerkraut crostini
A tasty Italian recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: meat, baguette (Boulogne (bake bread)), butter, shallots (in rings), wine sauerkraut (drained), horseradish (pot a 140 g), fresh cream cheese (natural), pastrami (meat products) and cocktail grues (in slices).
Cut 12 slices of the baguette.
Roast the slices in a toaster or under a preheated oven grill on both sides brown and crispy.
Let the crostinis cool down a bit.
Melt the butter in a pan and fry the shallots in it.
Stir in the sauerkraut and let it simmer for another 10 minutes.
Stir the horseradish through the cream cheese and cover the crostinis with it.
Divide the sauerkraut and slices of pastrami over the crostinis and garnish with the pickle slices..
