A nice Japanese recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: wasabipasta (tube), Japanese (rice vinegar), butter (at room temperature), fresh chives ((a 25 g), finely chopped) and sea salt (coarse).
Heat in bowl of wasabi paste with rice vinegar.
Add butter and stir everything until soft cream.
Chill and season with sea salt and, if desired, pepper.
Spread butter on piece of aluminum foil and roll with foil.
Fold aluminum foil and allow butter to set in the refrigerator for approx.
Cut the butter into slices and let it melt on a warm dish.
Delicious with grilled tuna, steak or grilled bok choy..
