Wok rolls with vegetable mix and cumin yoghurt


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: vegetable mix (fantasy confetti (400 g)), sunflower oil (bottle a 500 ml), tofu stir fry finely spiced (a 180 g), cauliflower florets (a 350 g), yoghurt (full), djinten (ground cumin) (pot a 25 g), wok sauce (garlic coriander (bottle a 175 ml)), wok rolls (wraps and 240 g).

Directions

  1. Drain vegetable mix.
  2. 2 tbsp oil in wok and 3 minutes stir-fry.
  3. Remove from pan.
  4. Heat remaining oil, add cauliflower and stir-fry approx.
  5. 2 minutes.
  6. Add 100 ml of water and simmer over medium heat until cauliflower is al dente and the moisture has evaporated.
  7. Meanwhile, mix yogurt and cumin seeds and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Mix vegetable mix, tofu and wok sauce with cauliflower and heat well.
  9. Meanwhile, heat wok rolls according to directions on packaging.
