Potato and pork tenderloin from the wok with broccoli, hoisin-wok sauce and katjang pedis.

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a stir-frying pan, the potatoes on medium heat in 10-12 min. Golden brown and done. Change regularly.
  2. Meanwhile cut the pork tenderloin into slices of ½ cm thick.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the pork tenderloin in 4 min. Brown and done. Add the wok sauce and heat for another 2 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, cut the broccoli into small florets. Bring a pot of water to the boil and boil the florets for 4 minutes. Drain.
  5. Finely chop the katjang pedis. Serve the potato wedges with the broccoli, pork tenderloin and sauce. Sprinkle with the katjang pedis.
