Yogurt with apple-raspberry compote
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian breakfast contains the following ingredients: apples (diced), raspberries (frozen), liquid honey, Greek yoghurt and crispy muesli.

Bring the apple cubes in 4 tbsp water to boil, simmer for 5 min, stir in the frozen raspberries and turn off the heat.

Put the honey through.

Allow the mixture to cool.

Spoon the yogurt and the raspberry apple compote in high glasses.

Finally, sprinkle the yoghurt with the crispy muesli..
