Fresh fruit juices during pregnancy

  1. Although there are some dangers associated with drinking fresh fruit juices during pregnancy, they are not discouraged for pregnant women. However, it is wise to handle it carefully. Preferably make your own fresh fruit juices at home. Then make sure that the fruit is well washed or peeled. Never keep the fresh juices in the refrigerator for long.
