Losing weight with chocolate
As said: you don't have to follow the real chocolate diet if you want to lose weight. It probably works better to eat a healthy diet. Think of three meals and about three snacks a day. One of these snacks can be dark chocolate, as long as it is really not too much. Also combine it with plenty of exercise. Make sure you exercise for at least half an hour every day, but more is always better. This way you can lose weight easily and still enjoy the chocolate in your life.
