Trout with riesling
A tasty French recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, butter or margarine, shallots, trout (approx. 200 g), riesling (white wine), crème fraîche (125 ml), salt and pepper and fresh chives (a 25 g).

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC or gas oven 4.

Grease the baking dish with 1 tablespoon of butter.

Divide the rest of butter into lumps.

Finely chop the shallots, finely chop and place in a baking dish.

Clean trout, dab dry with kitchen paper and place in baking dish.

Give Riesling over trout.

Distribute half of butter over trout.

Cover with aluminum foil.

Cook trout in the middle of the oven for 15 minutes.
