Vitamins are important. The preference to get vitamins is through food, through healthy food. But sometimes there is no other option and a supplement is recommended. Vitamin A is the first of vitamins that are therefore important. Let's see what can be said about that ...
Children need less vitamin A than adults.

So children need less vitamin A than adults. For example, a child of 1-4 years only needs 400 micrograms and a child of 4-7 years: 500 micrograms. If you then consider that, for example, liver sausage contains a lot of vitamin A and that children like to eat liver sausage spread on bread, you will also understand that this is not so good at all. So it is wiser not to give a child more than 2-3 sandwiches per week with spread sausage.
