A snack with a smoked sausage
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (floury (bag, 1 kilo)), olive oil, red onions (in half rings), onions (in half rings), smoked sausage (350 g), milk and butter.

Peel the potatoes, halve them and cook them in water with salt in 20 min. Until done.

In the meantime, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry both sorts of onion for 15 minutes on low heat. Add salt halfway.

Heat the smoked sausage according to the instructions on the packaging. Heat the milk. Drain the potatoes and puree with the puree mash. Beat the milk through the puree with a whisk. Season the onions and season with salt and pepper. Stir in the butter. Serve with the sausage.
