Almond raisin salsa
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: raisins, lemon juice, apple juice, chili powder, almond shavings, fresh basil (15 g), salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Fry raisins with lemon juice, apple juice and chilli powder and simmer for about 10 minutes until moisture evaporates.

Let cool.

Meanwhile roast almonds golden brown in dry frying pan.

Let cool on plate.

Cut basil leaves into thin strips.

Toss together raisins, almonds and basil in a bowl.

If necessary season with salt, pepper and pinch of chilli powder..
