Apple-raisin muffins
A tasty recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: flour (sifted), baking powder, white caster sugar, ginger powder (djahé), raisins, apples (in very small pieces), egg, milk, lemon juice and butter (melted).

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Mix the flour with the baking powder, the sugar, the ginger powder and a pinch of salt in a bowl.

Put in the raisins and 3/4 of the apple and make a well in the middle.

Add the milk, the lemon juice and the butter.
