Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Mix the flour with the baking powder, the sugar, the ginger powder and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
  3. Put in the raisins and 3/4 of the apple and make a well in the middle.

  5. Add the milk, the lemon juice and the butter.
